HEO-12 is a spacious, single-deck electric baking oven designed for high productivity in professional kitchens. Its main advantage is its increased capacity — the wide oven chamber can accommodate two standard 60×40 cm trays at the same time.

Unlike models with a stone base, the HEO-12 is equipped with a metal baking surface, which ensures fast and even heating. This makes it ideal for preparing pastries, cookies, croissants and other products. Despite its high power, the oven operates on standard 220V voltage.
