Introducing the CY-828 commercial soft serve ice cream machine , designed for high-volume food service establishments — restaurants, shopping malls, fast food chains, and specialty ice cream shops.
This version is our exclusive custom-made model. Unlike standard units, the CY-828 has two essential features added to the basic configuration for business profitability: Air Pump technology and Night Storage mode .

1. Air Pump System (integrated air pump)
This is a direct tool to increase your revenue. The system automatically adds the exact amount of air to the mixture during the ice cream making process, resulting in:
